How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders in your account. Each order has a Track button that shows live status and estimated delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, contact us on Messenger immediately and we'll try to help.
My order shows delivered but I didn't receive it
Contact us within 24 hours with your order ID. We'll investigate and resolve within 2 business days.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: same day if ordered before 5 PM. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days via courier.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes — nationwide via Sundarban, Pathao, and SA Paribahan. Delivery charge ৳60–120 depending on area.
What happens if I'm not home?
The rider will call you. If unreachable, they'll attempt delivery the next day or leave with a neighbor if you approve.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
How do I get a refund?
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Is COD available everywhere?
Yes, COD is available nationwide except a few remote pickup points. No surcharge for COD.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
What if I received a damaged product?
Take a photo and contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no charge, no questions asked.
Do products have expiry guarantees?
Yes — all perishables have at least 3 months of shelf life remaining at the time of dispatch.
